This Month At Anthem School

Anthem PTA Newsletter

Are you a local Anthem business, organization or private individual interested in sponsoring our newsletter?  Our newsletter reaches over 900 families in our area!

You will find that sponsoring our newsletter is a great and inexpensive way to advertise your business or services to our Anthem community while at the same time showing your support for our school.

Anthem Rocket Monthly Newsletter Sponsor Info

Who can sponsor ...

We welcome sponsorships from our local Anthem and surrounding Phoenix area businesses, organizations and private individuals.

What it costs ...

$50 a month, $100 for 3 months or $150 for six months for a quarter page ad/Shout out on the front page of the newsletter (no flier). 

$100 a month, $200 for 3 months and $300 for 6 months. For a half page ad/Shout out on the front page of the newsletter (no flier).

The funds are strictly used to cover printing and paper for the newsletter (for over 900 students + extras for faculty).  If you are interested in sponsoring our newsletter for more than one month, we will be very happy to discuss the details with you.

Who to contact ...

Please contact our Publicity Chair if you would like to sponsor our newsletter. We will gladly provide any information you require.

What you get for sponsoring ...

Your sponsorship will include a prominent front page "shout out" on the newsletter, thanking your business for sponsoring the particular month's newsletter.

The sponsored newsletter and your flier will be distributed to the 900+ Anthem School students' families in Anthem, AZ.

In addition, we will place a conventional text web link and single advertising banner (logo) to your business or organization web site on this page.

What we require from you ...

Please submit by e-mail to our Publicity Chair:

• The number of months you wish to sponsor, which month, etc.
• Your web site URL (e.g. http://oursite.com) to your business/organization if you have one
• Your brand, business or organization logo (.gif, .jpg or .png only please)
• Adobe .pdf advertisement flyer (to be included in the newsletter and on this web page)

We accept check payments made out to Anthem School PTA.  Please add a note on the check "Newsletter Sponsor 'Month Name' (e.g. Dec 09)" so that we can properly allocate the payment.
