Our Mission Statement
The Anthem School PTA's slogan is: "Our children are our future".
In support of this statement, our mission is to pursue opportunities and to continue progress towards excellence in education of Anthem School's students, including the fair and transparent use of resources.
We wish to accomplish our mission through the following actions:
- Develop and maintain a PTA where everyone is welcome to receive information in a timely, well organized fashion.
- Endeavor to treat all persons in a courteous manner.
- Facilitate and enable participants to come together to make a positive difference for Anthem School's students by:
- Encouraging parents and faculty to join Anthem School PTA (become PTA members)
- Encouraging regular attendance of Board & General PTA meetings
- Encouraging parents and faculty to volunteer at both school and PTA events
- Encouraging parents, faculty and students to actively support school and PTA events
- To raise and utilize funds in a manner that is in keeping with our mission statement.
- To
establish and maintain open lines of communication between and among
PTA members, school staff and the school board. We encourage and
welcome input from parents, faculty and students.
- To provide representation at the school board and PTA council meetings and to report on those proceedings to our membership.
- To work with our school to provide a quality education for all children and youth.
